Stewardship and Scale: Global Media Outreach Named to ROI Ministry’s “Top 10” for 2025

Global Media Outreach (GMO) is honored to announce that it has been selected by ROI Ministry as one of the “Top 10” high-impact ministries for 2025. This prestigious recognition—an honor GMO has now received for more than 10 consecutive years—marks the organization’s excellence in the Online Evangelism category as one of the most effective kingdom investments in the world, generating significant spiritual outcomes with the resources entrusted to the ministry.

A Benchmark of Stewardship

ROI Ministry seeks to identify organizations that proclaim the Gospel and bring people to faith with high levels of impact per dollar invested. For a ministry to be included on the “Top 10” list, it must undergo a rigorous, independent verification process.

The 2024 Statement of ROI confirmed that GMO’s model of digital evangelism and discipleship is not only scalable but incredibly efficient. While the audit utilizes indicated decisions as a primary data point to verify cost-effectiveness—calculating a cost of just $0.49 per decision—the report highlights the massive scale of the opportunity GMO creates.

“Our 5-Star Strategy is built on a commitment to meticulous stewardship of the seed,” said Jamie Radtke, President and CEO of Global Media Outreach. “Being named to ROI Ministry’s Top 10 for more than a decade confirms that God is using our supporters’ faithful gifts to penetrate the darkness at an unprecedented scale, turning digital interactions into eternal life-change.”

The Gospel at Internet Speed

The audit noted GMO’s massive global footprint, delivering 201,857,629 total Gospel presentations worldwide during the fiscal year (Sept. 1, 2024-August 31, 2025) and reaching 2,316,272 new contacts who requested follow-up or discipleship.

This vast reach ensures that millions of people are encountering the message of Jesus every week in a language they understand.

Wide and Deep: Impact Beyond the Numbers

While the ROI Ministry recognition highlights efficiency, GMO’s focus remains on the individual seeker. The ministry was recognized for being both “Wide and Deep”—sharing the Gospel broadly through technology while simultaneously deepening the faith of new believers through its secure digital growth tools and global network of Online Missionaries (OMs).

“This isn’t just about a single metric,” Radtke added. “It’s about ensuring that every dollar provides the maximum possible reach. By delivering over 200 million Gospel presentations, we are providing millions of opportunities for people to know Jesus and grow in a personal relationship with Him.”

Moving Toward Confirmed Discipleship

While the ROI Ministry audit provides independent verification of GMO’s digital efficiency, the ministry is already looking beyond the screen to the next frontier of impact. As part of the 5-Star Strategy, GMO is shifting its internal focus from initial “indicated decisions” to “confirmed decisions”—a more rigorous tracking of seekers who show documented spiritual growth and consistent engagement with the Word of God.

“The 200 million Gospel presentations milestone is a testament to the scale of the harvest,” Radtke said. “But our ultimate target is the individual heart. Moving toward a model of confirmed discipleship helps us ensure that every seeker who clicks ‘yes’ ideally has a clear, mentored pathway into a local church or community of believers as well as a life-changing relationship with Jesus.”
