Chairman of the Board
Scott Seaman has experience in the investment management industry and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University.
John Crawford
Vice Chairman of the Board
John Crawford is retired from Intel and holds 52 patents in computer engineering. He is a member of the National Academy of Engineering and a fellow at the Computer History Museum. He holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Brown University.
John Beckett
Board Member
John Beckett is the author of several books and is a retired executive from the manufacturing industry. He was named Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young in 2003. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
Promod Haque
Board Member
Promod Haque works in the venture capital industry. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University.
Mark Modjeska
Board Member
Mark Modjeska has experience in the chemical and petrochemical industries and is an author. He holds a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University and a Bachelors of Arts in Chemistry from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
Andrew Wiegand

Andrew Wiegand is a pastor. He holds a Master of Divinity from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University.
