WE WANT TO SHARE a personal testimony of God’s work in the life of one of our supporters, Richard Parke. Recently, Richard decided to include Global Media Outreach as a beneficiary in his last will and testament. Here’s what Richard has to share about the factors that went into his decision: “Preparation of one’s legal and financial paperwork is a wonderful and strategic opportunity to advance the Kingdom of God. This serious transaction reflects one’s earthly values and beliefs and carries them forward even after death and, therefore, should be a matter of much prayer and reflection. In my personal preparation efforts for my future departure, I view my Kingdom investments in three dimensions:

Each of these dimensions centers around Scripture. In light of these convictions and in order to be as a good steward as possible of the resources that God has entrusted to me, I try to diversify my heavenly financial portfolio accordingly.

The Holy Spirit uses God’s Word to prepare the soil of the human heart. In Chapter 13 of the Gospel of Matthew– the “Parable of the Four Soils”—Jesus Christ describes His Word as “seed” in the hands of the Sower.
