OUTREACH POSITIONS


Digital Growth Strategist

The Digital Growth Strategist serves as an integral part of the Outreach Team, which strives to cost-effectively reach the world with the gospel through technology. This position will be responsible for developing and implementing ad campaigns to reach our goals, which include 500 million presentations in 2015.

We are looking for candidates with outstanding online marketing skills to build, manage and optimize campaigns as well as create digital marketing strategies and handle large budgets.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage on-time delivery of ad campaigns
  • Advise Director of Outreach on campaign performance and strategy
  • Test new technological platforms for ad campaigns
  • Set deadlines and confirm deliverables with team
  • Interact directly with ad vendors to optimize campaigns
  • Consult on creative best practices and optimization
  • Maintain documentation on campaign process and new procedures
  • Troubleshoot common campaign issues
  • QA and review creative before trafficking to publishers
  • Analyze reporting, look for potential problem areas

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience building, managing and optimizing 15+ PPC campaigns simultaneously and managing medium and large budget
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time under pressure, within tight deadlines
  • Landing page design best practices and A/B testing experience
  • Experience generating granular monthly reports for clients
  • Experience with the entire life cycle of a PPC campaign from identifying goals, developing a strategy, build and implementation, early optimization and mature account maintenance
  • Capacity to work in a fast paced, fluid operating environment
  • Adeptness in understanding new technologies in short periods of time
  • Self-motivated, self-learning, and proactive in identifying all possible solutions and proactively implementing strategy
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Aptitude to troubleshoot common campaign issues
  • Ability to discuss strategy and recommend the best solution on the fly

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BA or BS degree
  • Min. 3 years experience in building and managing campaigns including SEO, SEM Mobile, Facebook, and YouTube

Business Data Analyst

The Data Analyst serves as an integral part of the Outreach Team, which strives to cost-effectively reach the world with the gospel through technology. This position will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing ad campaigns to reach our goals, which include 500 million presentations in 2015.

We are looking for candidates with an insatiable appetite for keeping up with the latest and greatest in online marketing and technology.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of customer data
  • Define data requirements and gather and validate data, applying judgment
  • Develop standardized, customized and ad hoc reports that clearly present data to facilitate decision making
  • Identify opportunities to use data to develop new strategies and improve business performance and utilize knowledge of modeling and other optimization methods to perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis
  • Test new technological platforms for ad campaigns
  • Consult on creative best practices and optimization
  • Maintain documentation on campaign process and new procedures
  • QA and review creative before trafficking to publishers
  • Analyze reporting, look for potential problem areas
