Video is one of the most powerful mediums delivered by the internet, and it’s pervasiveness is excepted to grow exponentially in coming years. Global Media Outreach is rapidly growing a multi-language library of video content that is delivered on multiple devices – cell phones, computer screens, personal media players, and home televisions.
Video production specialists are involved in all phases of the production process – concept, pre-production, production, and postproduction – to create projects for evangelism, discipleship, and promotion. This position involves both assigned work as well as opportunities to initiate and/or develop new projects.
Requirements: Professional experience or degree in Radio/TV/Film, Video Production, Media Communications, or related field.Administration (Volunteer)
- Assist with preparing budgets and provide periodic progress reports to staff directors for each event project.
- Keep track of event finances including check requests, invoicing, and reporting.
- Coordinate appointments and visits to see our space, and scheduling of events on the calendar.
- Prepare and modify event contracts as requested.
Requirements: Communication skills, including writing, proof reading skills, and speaking. Ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments from a variety of staff and volunteers. The event coordinator should have a love for special event management, provide outstanding customer service, be an enthusiastic professional, and be able to build relationships with internal and external customers.
